Dear Susan,

Your content here was extra help for me-4 now I am able to structure "How" "What" "Why" and "Where" to catagorize certain subjects literally! I have now hundreds of other ways to look at those certain subjects I was drawing a total BLANK on what to even describe it as.

Just a newbie in town wanting to stop and "Give a shout out!" You rule on and get a "10" vote from me on "navigational" thoughts 4 catagory descriptions... 2 thumbs up!!! I think I said that right,lol...

"To download documents that you have added to a workspace, all you have to do is select the check mark of the documents you want to download, and click the "save as" button. That will allow you to save the documents to your local machine."

We had to download over 50 documents to for tax purposes and found out the hard way that that you can only download them individually even if they are in the same folder. It took me over 3 hours to get ~50 documents down from the website.

We are in the process of moving away from this due to this issue. We have over 1000 documents on this site and I've spent the past 2 weeks downloading them... 1... by.... 1.

What a nightmare this has been.

Dear Adam,

One of the features in Microsoft Office 2007 is the ability to save documents in the office live workspace. The document will be stored in the cloud and accessible from anywhere we are. No need carrying the storage media everywhere to work in some places. By storing documents in the clouds, we can also collaborate with a friend who is not a place with us.

If I have made a change to my workspace, how can I be assured that a new invitation has gone out after I press "share?" Can't this program provide some sort of feedback to confirm my message has been sent; as is possible by checking the SENT messages in an email account.

So you upgrade your office and live no longer works. Perhaps that should have been included in the advertising blurb for office 2010.

I still use office 2003, having explored 2007 and 2010, and see only downgrades in the later products.

Auto-address for sharing?

Hey - awesome tip! But is there any way to have this contact list auto-populate when sharing? For example, I've had numerous headaches from accidentally mispelling an email address when sharing....plus it's a pain to look up the email address every time.

It'd be awesome if a user's contact list from live or outlook could autopopulate email addresses like Outlook does.
