    How to edit web pages?

I've tried to edit web pages that I've already created but it just opens up the window and doesn't load anything.

    Hello Trish,

You should try after deleting cookies and stored cache of your browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0, you can try these steps:

    Click on Tools,

Click Delete Browsing History and then click Delete files.

    Click Delete cookies...

In case, if you are using Firefox 3.0, then you can follow the steps provided below:

Go to Tools, click Clear Private Data and then select check boxes against Cache and Cookies, click Clear Private Data option.

Note: Firefox 2.0 is not supported to access Microsoft Office Live website, you need to have Firefox 3.0 version installed.

You can download Firefox 3.0 version as well:

Once you performed the steps, restart your system and sign in to your Microsoft Office Live account and try to edit your website.

In case, if you still face any problem, then I would suggest you to post your query in Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community.

Microsoft Office Live Small Business Community is the community to post website related questions (link can also be found in the footer of this page)

Post your question there but be sure to give more details about the web page you are referring to.

    Good Luck

    Hi, Trish

I hope Sunil's response is helpful to you but for your future interests, you are currently in the OL Workspace community which is not the best place for website related issues as it is related to storage/sharing/collaboration of documents.  The community dedicated to website issues is Office Live Small Business Community (link also at the foot of this page).... lots of great information and very helpful users... much better place to suit your needs!

    Good Luck! Smile
