We use Microsoft Office Live Small Business (MOLSB) to host a number of web sites and email accounts. While testing these services, we found that a first email account seems to work well but a second hasn’t received any email since 1/29.
Using the first MOLSB account, we can:
- receive emails from the first (itself), the second, and other accounts.
- send emails from the first to the first (itself) and other accounts;
Email sent to the second account produces a “Delivery Status Notification (Failure)” reply.
Using the second MOLSB account, we can:
- NOT receive any emails.
- send emails to the first account and other accounts but NOT to itself.
